我們的營運宗旨是為顧客買到物美價廉又優質的產品, 故此, 我們會於指定日子內安排送貨. 而在到貨前的一天我們會聯絡客戶以示提示.
Keeping providing quality products and prices low is our way of transferring the benefits to you. So we will arrange to deliver to you on time base on the date that confirmed. Normally we'll send you an email or message a day ago when it's ready to deliver.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE A DELIVERY ORDER
顧客如須更改送貨時間及日子, 懇請儘早提出, 請於送貨前三天電郵至再作有關安排。否則我們會收取$200服務附加費。如在送貨地址當日無人應門, 是次送貨費將不會獲退回, 我們會再次收取另一次的送貨費。
If you need to make any alternative arrangements, please reserve enough time for us to reshuffle. Please send email to 3 days in advance for our arrangement, otherwise we will charge HKD $200 as administrative fee.
There will be no refund of delivery charge on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time and date. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional charges will apply to re-schedule the delivery.
Delivery Service Arrangement
Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (not available Sundays or public holidays) and is usually mark on the invoice of your order. An additional working day may be required for delivery to outlying areas.
If a delivery is requested to be left with building security or outside the door, We cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur.
